To our absolute delight, we got to spend a blissful afternoon with Natalia as she shared some of her personal beauty secrets (of course showing us how she does eco garden ) for flawless skin and a healthy body and mind

Beauty By Natalia:

  1. First thing’s first: in the morning, on an empty stomach, Natalia drinks a glass of water with lemon and apple cider vinegar – both of which are known to have anti-aging properties and aid in digestion and weight loss.
  1. Each morning (and every night!), Natalia washes her face with cold water and applies Eco Garden’s Defense Aging Moisturizer to restore, hydrate, and protect her skin.
