Reactivator reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.


Shipping


All orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be picked up by shipping carriers (UPS, US Postal Service) and takes 3 to 5 days to deliver depending on your location. Please allow some delays during holidays and after long weekends.


We do ship internationally. Please contact support@ecogardenskin.com with your order for a custom shipping quote and we will get back to you shortly.


Sales Tax


Sales Tax will be applied on orders shipped in California. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.


Order Processing Time


Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please understand there may be unanticipated delays due to inclement weather.


Confirmation


If you provided a valid e-mail address during the Checkout process, you will receive two e-mails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second e-mail notifies you your order has shipped, and also contains your order tracking number.


Canceling and Order


Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service immediately at support@ecogardenskin.com to cancel your order.


Returns and Exchanges


We are committed to providing you the highest-quality products possible. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ecogardenskin.com, you may return unopened or lightly used merchandise within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Instructions:

1. Obtain your Return Authorization # by emailing support@ecogardenskin.com

2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging, Invoice

3. Mail your return to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance. Reactivator is not responsible for return lost or misdelivered items.

Reactivator cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail location or third party.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your refund or exchange, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
